Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order for catalog artworks purchased on our site maisonpatine.art. This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom paintings based on photos, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, due to their creation according to your specifications.
Return Procedure
- Contact: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the following email address: hello@maisonpatine.art.
- Reshipment: Products must be returned to the address we will provide by email, in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions), allowing them to be resold as new.
- Fees: Return costs are your responsibility.
Refund Period
The refund of your order will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Legal Guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

“Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee — 30 days (catalog artworks)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, Maison Patine offers as a commercial gesture a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee of 30 days on its catalog artworks. If a catalog artwork does not suit you, you can return it to us within 30 days from its receipt, provided it is returned to us in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The price of the artwork will then be refunded to you; return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusion of personalized artworks. This “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, like the legal right of withdrawal, does not apply to personalized or custom-made artworks based on a photo or instructions provided by the customer (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, clearly personalized goods made according to the consumer's specifications). These artworks being painted specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. A preview of the result is presented to you before any order so that you can validate the outcome.
