Shipping Method
All our shipments are made with a tracking service to ensure secure and transparent delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real time.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for all orders, regardless of the amount or destination. We want our customers to enjoy our artworks without additional delivery-related costs.
Delivery Times
As each piece is painted to order, please consider the following timelines:
- Preparation: An indicative period of 10 to 15 business days is required to complete your painting, whether it is a work from our catalog or a custom creation.
- Shipping: Once your artwork is ready, the shipping time is generally 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in France and the European Union, and 10 to 15 business days for international deliveries.
These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. We do our utmost to meet these deadlines and keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Receipt and Verification of the Package
Upon receiving your package, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and its contents in the presence of the delivery person. In case of apparent damage, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. If you notice a problem after receipt, please inform us as soon as possible.
