Are the canvases really hand-painted?
Yes. Each canvas is hand-painted in oil in our partner studios. There is no printing. You receive a real painting, with its texture and reliefs.
What is the delivery time?
Expect two to three weeks. Your canvas is painted for you after the order, then shipped with tracking. This timeframe reflects handmade work, and we adhere to it.
Is the canvas delivered framed?
No. The canvas arrives rolled in a rigid tube, without a stretcher or frame. This is the safest format for shipping and the simplest for stretching or framing near you, according to your interior.
Are two canvases of the same model identical?
No, and this is intentional. Each piece is hand-painted, so each brushstroke is slightly different. Your canvas is unique.
What sizes do you offer?
Two sizes for each artwork: 50 × 70 cm and 60 × 90 cm. The 60 × 90 cm has more presence on a large wall.
What if I don't like the canvas?
You have the fourteen-day withdrawal right provided by law, and we add a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee. Write to us, we will find a solution.
Do you deliver outside of France?
We currently deliver to France, with free tracked delivery. Other European countries will follow soon.
