General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble and Seller Identification
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") are offered by the company EMVEE VENTURES LTD, a limited liability company under English law, registered in England and Wales under number 17127346, whose registered office is located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Maison Patine, operated by EMVEE VENTURES LTD.
Products
Maison Patine offers for sale hand-painted oil paintings, designed in Switzerland, never printed. Two offers are available:
- Catalog artworks
- Custom paintings based on the client's photo, made according to their specifications
Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The prices are €199 and €289 depending on the chosen format. Delivery is free. EMVEE VENTURES LTD is not subject to VAT.
Order
Orders are placed directly on the website maisonpatine.art. The client must follow the online ordering process and verify the accuracy of the information provided before confirming their order.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card via Shopify Payments. Transactions are secure and the client's banking data is not retained by EMVEE VENTURES LTD.
Delivery
The products are delivered in France, within the EU, and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated when ordering.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of catalog artworks to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. However, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal does not apply to custom paintings based on a photo, made according to the consumer's specifications.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify their decision using the following standard form:

Returns and Refund
In case of withdrawal, the client must return the product in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the client. The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.
Legal Warranties
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
Liability
EMVEE VENTURES LTD cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure or fault of the client.
Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website maisonpatine.art.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the client may resort to consumer mediation or the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.

“Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee — 30 days (catalog artworks)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, Maison Patine offers as a commercial gesture a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee of 30 days on the artworks from its catalog. If a catalog artwork does not suit you, you can return it to us within 30 days from its receipt, provided it is returned to us in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. The price of the artwork will then be refunded to you; return costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Exclusion of custom artworks. This “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, like the legal right of withdrawal, does not apply to custom artworks or those made to order based on a photo or instructions provided by the client (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, goods clearly personalized made according to the consumer's specifications). These artworks being painted specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. A preview of the result is presented to you before any order so that you can validate the outcome.
